- CRM or third-party integration (including GoHighLevel and compatible platforms)

3. Client Responsibility for End Customer Data
Clients who upload or transmit End Customer Data through our platform represent and warrant that:
- They have obtained all legally required consents and permissions to contact those individuals via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and other electronic channels.
- Their collection and use of End Customer Data complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state privacy laws, and any platform-specific messaging policies (including WhatsApp Business Policy).
- They will maintain records of consent sufficient to demonstrate compliance upon request.
Reviewmation does not independently verify how End Customer Data was collected. We process this data solely as a service provider acting on the client's behalf. Clients bear sole responsibility for the lawfulness of their contact lists.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal information when one or more of the following legal bases applies:
- Consent: where you have given us permission to process your data for a specific purpose.
- Contractual Necessity: processing required to deliver the Services under our agreement with you.
- Legitimate Interests: where our interests in operating and improving our business do not override your rights.

- GoHighLevel AI (integrated AI workflows)
Data processed through these AI features — including review text and generated response content — may be transmitted to these providers in accordance with their respective privacy and data use policies. We do not pass personally identifiable End Customer information (such as full contact records) to AI providers beyond what is necessary to generate the requested output.
Users may contact us to inquire about or limit AI-assisted processing for their account.
7. When and With Whom We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- SMS and email delivery platforms (for sending review requests and notifications)
- WhatsApp Business API providers (for WhatsApp-based outreach)
- AI providers listed in Section 6
- Analytics and performance monitoring tools
Third-Party Platforms
Reviewmation integrates with third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, social media networks, and CRM systems. These platforms operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Reviewmation cannot guarantee the visibility, permanence, or treatment of content published to third-party platforms. Review platforms including Google may remove or modify reviews at their discretion.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets involving Konstrumedia LLC, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users as required by law.
8. Mobile Communications — SMS and WhatsApp
Mobile phone numbers collected through our platform are used exclusively to send review invitations, follow-up messages, and related service communications on behalf of our clients.
- We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- For WhatsApp communications, users may opt out by following the opt-out instructions included in each message or by contacting the business directly.
- Message and data rates from the recipient's mobile carrier may apply.
All SMS and WhatsApp outreach is conducted on behalf of our clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring that End Customers have provided the required consent prior to contact.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain active client accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Account data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
- End Customer Data uploaded by clients is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the service for which it was provided. Clients may request deletion of their uploaded contact data at any time.
- Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period following deletion requests, after which they are permanently removed.
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Secure infrastructure and hosting environments
